Das KunstKonsulat ist ein einzigartiger Ausstellungs- und Kuratorenraum, der als „Künstlerisches Konsulat“ fungiert. Unsere Mission ist es, herausragende Künstler aus Polen und Osteuropa zu repräsentieren und zu fördern und ihre Werke in direkten Dialog mit dem dynamischen Markt und den Künstlern Westeuropas zu bringen. Wir glauben, dass Kunst keine Grenzen kennt, sondern verschiedene Ausdrucksformen hat. Als Kulturinstitution streben wir danach, geografische und gedankliche Barrieren abzubauen. Unser Programm basiert auf kreativer Auseinandersetzung: Wir stellen die einzigartige Sensibilität, Geschichte und das handwerkliche Können osteuropäischer Künstler den progressiven Strömungen der westlichen Avantgarde gegenüber.

Our mission is to represent and promote outstanding artists from Poland and Eastern Europe and to bring their work into direct dialogue with the dynamic market and artists of Western Europe. We believe that art knows no boundaries but rather has diverse forms of expression. As a cultural institution, we strive to break down geographical and conceptual barriers. Our program is based on creative exchange: we juxtapose the unique sensibility, history, and craftsmanship of Eastern European artists with the progressive currents of the Western avant-garde.

Zeitgenössische Kunst und Multimedia: Installationen, Videokunst und interaktive Projekte, die die Sprache der heutigen visuellen Kommunikation prägen.
Förderung künstlerischer Initiativen. Wir sind mehr als nur ein statischer Ausstellungsraum. Das Kunstkonsulat ist ein lebendiger Organismus, der vielfältige Initiativen fördert:
Residenzprogramme: Wir ermöglichen Künstler*innen aus Polen und Mittel
und Osteuropa, in einem internationalen Umfeld zu arbeiten.
Interdisziplinäre Projekte: Wir verbinden Multimedia mit traditionellen Ausdrucksformen und fördern so Innovation.
Netzwerke und Kuratierung: Wir bauen ein Netzwerk von Kontakten zwischen Sammler*innen, Kulturinstitutionen und Kunstschaffenden auf und schaffen so einen nachhaltigen Markt für Kunst aus unserer Region.
Über die Grenzen Polens hinaus agieren wir als Botschafter*innen. Wir zeigen, dass die Leistungen osteuropäischer Künstler*innen ein gleichwertiger und oft erfrischender Bestandteil des globalen Erbes zeitgenössischer Kunst sind. Wir laden Sie ein an einen Ort, an dem zwei Seiten des Kontinents aufeinandertreffen, um gemeinsam eine neue künstlerische Definition Europas zu gestalten

Networking and curating: We are building a network of contacts between collectors, cultural institutions, and artists, thereby creating a sustainable market for art from our region.
Operating beyond Poland's borders, we act as ambassadors. We demonstrate that the achievements of Eastern European artists are an equal and often refreshing element of the global heritage of contemporary art. We invite you to a place where two sides of the continent meet to jointly create a new artistic definition of Europe.
